What is a CSMS?
CSMS (Charging Station Management System) is the software that manages a charging network: controls stations, processes billing, authenticates users, and monitors real-time telemetry.
Does it support OCPP 2.0.1 and OCPI 2.2?
Yes. The platform implements OCPP 2.0.1 natively for charger communication and OCPI 2.2 for cross-operator roaming.
How does kWh billing work?
Billing uses the consumption metered by the charger. At the end of the session, the amount is calculated based on delivered kWh and captured automatically with retry on network failure.
Does settlement go to the operator's account?
Yes. Each operator receives settlement into their own bank account, compliant with BCB Resolution 522/2025. Payment does not go through an intermediary.
Does it support Plug & Charge / ISO 15118?
Yes. The platform supports ISO 15118 protocol for automatic vehicle authentication, enabling Plug & Charge without card or app.
