This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the conduct that is permitted and prohibited when using the PHVolt Platform and forms part of the Terms of Use.
Prohibited conduct
In short: no fraud, equipment tampering, unauthorized access or abuse.
The following conduct, among others, is prohibited:
- Payment fraud or misuse of chargebacks.
- Tampering with, damaging or interfering with charging points.
- Unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data.
- Automated collection (scraping) or abusive use of Platform resources.
- Publishing or transmitting unlawful content.
- Reverse engineering beyond what is permitted by the applicable open-source licenses (Apache 2.0).
Security research and responsible disclosure
In short: report vulnerabilities responsibly — do not exploit them.
We encourage good-faith security research. If you identify a vulnerability, report it responsibly through the official channels and do not exploit it or disclose it publicly before it is fixed.
Consequences
In short: violations may lead to suspension, as set out in the Terms of Use.
Violating this Policy may result in suspension or termination of access, as set out in the Terms of Use, without prejudice to any applicable legal measures.

Abuse, fraud or violations of this Policy may be reported through the official channels listed on the PHVolt website.
