Ownership

In short: PHVolt owns what it created; upstream authors retain their rights.

PHVolt and Aether Tech LTDA hold the rights to the original work and to the compiled product that make up the Platform. The incorporated open-source components remain owned by their respective authors under their licenses; PHVolt does not claim copyright over those third-party parts.

CitrineOS

In short: part of the platform uses CitrineOS, under the Apache 2.0 license.

The Platform uses CitrineOS, licensed under the Apache License 2.0, © Contributors to the CitrineOS Project. CitrineOS is incorporated in the internal modules phvolt-operator-ui, phvolt-payment and phvolt-core, each keeping its original LICENSE file.

The Platform also uses other open-source libraries, each under its own license. The full list may be detailed as needed, based on the project's dependency files.
