Terms of Use

By accessing or using PHVolt's website, app and services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any condition, please do not use the services.

For the purposes of these Terms: 'Platform' means PHVolt's website, app and systems; 'Service' means charging-point discovery and payment processing; 'User' means any person who uses the Platform; 'CPO' means the charging-point operator responsible for the station.

PHVolt is a product operated by Aether Tech LTDA, registered under CNPJ 68.026.381/0001-11, based in Brasília/DF, Brazil. PHVolt is the name of the service; Aether Tech is the legal entity responsible for operating it.

The services are intended for individuals with full legal capacity. By using the Platform, you declare that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Use by minors is subject to the Privacy Policy.

PHVolt provides the discovery and display of charging points for electric vehicles and the payment processing for charging sessions. The availability, prices and conditions of each station are defined by the respective CPO.

You may start and pay for a charging session directly at the charger (pay-at-charger), without creating an account. In that case, we process only the data needed to complete the payment, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You agree to use the Platform in accordance with the law and with the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Any use that harms the Platform, other users, the CPOs or third parties is prohibited.

Payments for charging sessions are processed through payment providers. Amounts, fees and any applicable charges are shown before confirmation. Commercial terms between PHVolt and each CPO are governed by a separate agreement.

The Platform integrates third-party services, such as the payment processor, to enable its operation. Use of these services may be subject to the respective providers' own terms.

PHVolt and Aether Tech LTDA hold the rights to the original work and to the compiled product that make up the Platform, including trademarks, layout and proprietary code. The Platform incorporates open-source components whose authors retain their respective copyrights under their licenses — PHVolt does not claim ownership of those third-party rights. The Platform is provided as is. Within the limits allowed by law, including the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC), PHVolt is not liable for the unavailability of stations operated by third parties or for indirect damages. Nothing in these Terms removes the rights guaranteed to consumers by law.

PHVolt may suspend or terminate access to the Platform in the event of a breach of these Terms or of the Acceptable Use Policy, observing proportionality and the applicable procedures.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version and its effective date will be published on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Brasília/DF are chosen to resolve any disputes.
